Nightingale Project Coburg

Nightingale builds are not-for-profit projects focused on sustainable design and living. This project at Coburg, Victoria will result in 48 residences in total with each apartment designed to achieve min 7.6 star NatHERS rating.

In order to achieve a high NatHERs rating IRMA and Green-roofs are being deployed at this Nightingale project located in Coburg, Victoria.

DCT XPS GA300 is being installed over all rooftop, terrace and green roof areas to help reach the required rating, with insulation thickness varying from 75mm – 300mm.

Our ProctorGeo IRMA product is also being used on roof and terraces and our DC8 Plus on the green roof area.
