Oran Park is an area that is booming in construction catering for future planning for its residents. The Oran Park Leisure Centre will be a significant addition to the precinct. Incorporating aquatic, indoor sports, health and fitness areas, it will be a multipurpose community facility, offering a large variety of activities and services for all age groups. It will be a place for social gathering, providing unification between the existing Library and Camden Council administration building.

The pool structure is wrapped externally by ProctorWrap CW and internally with ProctorGeo Vap 120 to provide protection from water ingress as well as the corrosive nature of an indoor pool environment. The facade substructure relies on the Nvelope NV93 sub-framing system support planks of Equitone cladding.

About Nvelope NV93
NV93 is the Nvelope system for mechanical concealed / secret fix cladding applications. Horizontal carrier profiles are fixed to our vertical NV9 omega top hat profiles. Rainscreen panels are hung from and secured to the NV3 horizontal profiles with adjustable hangers. Ideal for shallow cladding zones, with a fixed cavity zone of just 50mm. Manufactured from extruded aluminium alloys conforming to AS/NZS 1866:1997 (material) and EN 755 production standards. Non-Combustible to AS1530.1. Suitable in high corrosive environments C4 and C5.
About ProctorWrap CW
ProctorWrap™ CW is a triple layer polyolefin non-woven textile weather barrier that is calendared together. This product is also available with pre-applied integrated tape release liners (CW-IT). This product meets the requirements of the AS/NZS 4200.1 and is suitable for use in Australian residential and commercial applications.
About ProctorGeo Vap 120
ProctorGeo Vap120 is a light duty vapour retarder and convection barrier. The high air and water vapour resistance of the two layer polyolefin non-woven membrane resists the flow of vapour by both diffusion and air movement through wall, ceiling and floor assemblies thus helping protect the building fabric and insulation from condensation and related problems such as mould, timber rot, corrosion and loss of thermal resistance.
