PITCHED CLT TILED ROOF CONTINUOUSLY INSULATED EXTERNALLY (PIR)
Pitched CLT roof structure externally insulated with a continuous rigid DCT PIR insulation board fitted below counter battens. The vapour permeable ProctorWrap sarking draped under roofing battens provides drainage of any moisture under the roof tiles.

Roof sarking/ wall wrap should be ProctorWrap HTS/ HTS-IT (with integarted tape) vapour permeable sarking membrane, compliant to AS/NZS 4200.1:2017, secured directly to the outside of the roof/wall framing in accordance with the product user guide. AS/NZS 4200.1:2017 Classifications: Duty – Medium, Water Control – Water Barrier, Vapour Control – Class 4 Vapour Permeable, AS1530.2 Flammability Index ≤ 5, Air Control – Air barrier, Electrical Conductivity – Non conductive, Emissivity – Non reflective, Vapour Permeance to ASTM E96(B) no less than 2.5µg/N.s. Thickness <1.0mm. Foil type sarkings do not comply with this specification.
