ACOUSTIC INSULATION

Soundproofing a building is the limitation of noise that can disturb people living in the rooms of the building. Differently from the thermal insulation, which has the main purpose of energy saving, acoustic insulation does not bring direct economic advantages to the operating costs of the buildings, but concurs to a better comfort of life and work experience. Today life is often stressful and noise inside buildings is often one of the main reasons of fights and complaints between neighbours and disputes between individuals. That’s why a soundproofed building can have a higher value on the market, compared to a building without insulation.

Products

  1. Isolgomma Grei
Anti-vibration material supplied in rolls, thickness … mm, produced using fibres and granules of SBR rubber, selected and compacted using a polyurethane glue in a hot process. A non-woven, non-stretch synthetic membrane is applied on one side of panel, for added protection; density 800 kg/m³.
  2. Isolgomma Profyle
Pre-shaped edging stripe designed for floor corners made of adhesive polyethylene on the two external surfaces. Designed to facilitate application of impact noise insulation products and replaces the costly flap of the insulating mat.
  3. Isolgomma Sylpro
The Sylpro range is a protective membrane for building applications composed of SBR rubber granules hot pressed and bound with polyurethane binders. The range can be used in a variety of applications as a protective and anti-abrasive membrane.
  4. Isolgomma Sylpro AD
  5. Isolgomma Upgrei
10 mm-thick acoustic insulation rolls, made of EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) rubber granules that are anchored with carboxylate latex binder to a backing, made with 80 g/m² non-woven, green-coloured, anti-stretch film and 200 g/m² polyester fibre.
  6. PROCTOR Q-SILENCE
Introducing Proctor Q-Silence – a high-performance, mass-spring vibration isolation mat which absorbs impact and airborne noise in both commercial and residential applications.
  7. Tecsound
Tecsound® is a high-density, polymer-based asphalt-free synthetic soundproofing membrane, which is visco-elastic and highly adaptable, and provides good acoustic insulation in the different construction elements without increasing thickness.
  8. Tecsound 2FT
Tecsound® FT is a soundproofing complex comprising a porous felt and the polymer-based Tecsound® synthetic membrane, asphalt-free, both formed so that they provide high acoustic insulation in the different construction elements; walls, ceilings, roofs, etc.
  9. Tecsound FT
Tecsound® FT is a soundproofing complex comprising a porous felt and the polymer-based Tecsound® synthetic membrane, asphalt-free, both formed so that they provide high acoustic insulation in the different construction elements; walls, ceilings, roofs, etc.
  10. Tecsound FT 55 AL
Tecsound® FT 55 AL is a soundproofing complex comprising a porous felt and the Tecsound® synthetic membrane, coated on the outside with a reinforced aluminium foil.
  11. Tecsound S BAND
Tecsound® S Band is a synthetic Tecsound® membrane soundproofing tape, with a built-in self-adhesive layer enabling it to be applied straight onto metals structures subject to vibrations.
  12. Tecsound SY
Tecsound® is a synthetic soundproofing membrane, which has a built-in self-adhesive layer enabling it to be applied straight onto most surfaces.
