TILED ROOF WITH CATHERDRAL CEILING BELOW RAFTERS (SMARTVAP)
Pitched tiled timber structure roof with a cathedral ceiling below the rafters. The SmartVap intelligent air barrier membrane above the ceiling forms a continuous air and vapour control layer with ceiling insulation above. The ProctorWrap vapour permeable sarking, draped under the tile battens provides drainage of any moisture or condensate forming below the roof sheet. Suitable for ventilated and unventilated roofs.

Roof sarking/ wall wrap should be ProctorWrap HTS/ HTS-IT (with integarted tape) vapour permeable sarking membrane, compliant to AS/NZS 4200.1:2017, secured directly to the outside of the roof/wall framing in accordance with the product user guide. AS/NZS 4200.1:2017 Classifications: Duty – Medium, Water Control – Water Barrier, Vapour Control – Class 4 Vapour Permeable, AS1530.2 Flammability Index ≤ 5, Air Control – Air barrier, Electrical Conductivity – Non conductive, Emissivity – Non reflective, Vapour Permeance to ASTM E96(B) no less than 2.5µg/N.s. Thickness <1.0mm. Foil type sarkings do not comply with this specification.
