Australia’s first mobile Abattoir

Simmons Group were commissioned by Provenir to design and build Australia’s first mobile Abattoir. The Idea of the abattoir is to increase the welfare of the animals by bringing the processing plant to the animal rather than the other way around thus increasing the  quality of the meat, reducing the cost and most importantly ensuring the animals welfare by not having to make long arduous trips across the country in confined spaces. https://www.abc.net.au/news/2018-02-24/victoria-to-become-first-state-with-mobile-abattoir/9475444
