RESIDENTIAL PITCHED METAL ROOF WITH HORIZONTAL CEILING (SMARTVAP)
Residential timber structure pitched metal roof with a horizontal ceiling. The SmartVap intelligent air barrier membrane above the ceiling forms a continuous air and vapour control layer with ceiling insulation above. The ProctorWrap vapour permeable sarking, separated from the roof sheet by a drainage batten provides drainage of any moisture or condensate forming below the roof sheet. Suitable for ventilated and unventilated roofs.
