METAL ROOF OVER AN INSULATION BLANKET AND RIGID XPS THERMAL BREAKS (DRAINAGE BATTEN)

Pitched metal cathedral roof externally insulated with a continuous vapour and air retarder faced mineral fibre insulation blanket supported by a safety mesh or strapping. The full thickness of the insulation is maintained using a rigid DCT XPS thermal break at each purlin. The ProctorPassive Drainage Batten installed above the vapour permeable ProctorWrap HTS sarking at each purlin, provides for drainage, ventilation and separation.
