Lightweight clad timber framed wall, insulated within the frame and protected by vapour permeable water tight ProctorWrap sarking fixed to the outside of the frame with a vented and drained cavity. The SmartVap intelligent air barrier membrane installed to the inside of the timber frame forms a continuous air and vapour control layer and is best fixed behind a batten to forms a service cavity behind the plasterboard.
