   DCT-W41-1 EXTERNALLY INSULATED FIRE PROTECTED CLT WITH RAINSCREEN CLADDING (VULCANWOOL)

   Fire protected mass timber CLT made water and air tight by the self-adhered vapour permeable ProctorPassive Wraptite SA, externally insulated with a non-combustible Vulcanwool stonewool insulation, protected by a rainscreen cladding supported by the Nvelope engineered helping hand sub-framing system. The insulation is mechanically fixed with minimal thermal bridging, to form a continuous external insulation layer. As the VulcanWool insulation is deemed non-combustible per AS1530.1, this solution is recommended for type A or B non-combustible wall construction.

   DCT-W41-3 EXTERNALLY INSULATED CLT RAINSCREEN (PIR)

   CLT mass timber wall made water and air tight by the self-adhered vapour permeable ProctorPassive Wraptite SA, externally insulated with a rigid thermoset DCT PIR insulation board and protected by a rainscreen cladding supported by the Nvelope engineered helping hand sub-framing system. As the PIR and CLT are both deemed combustible, this solution is never recommended for type A or B non-combustible wall construction.

   DCT-W41-4 EXTERNALLY INSULATED CLT WITH RAINSCREEN CLADDING (NOT FIRE PROTECTED)

   Mass timber CLT made water and air tight by the self-adhered vapour permeable ProctorPassive Wraptite SA, externally insulated with a non-combustible DCT VulcanWool stonewool insulation, protected by a rainscreen cladding supported by the Nvelope engineered helping hand sub-framing system. The insulation is mechanically fixed with minimal thermal bridging, to form a continuous external insulation layer. As the CLT is not classified as fire protected timber this solution is not suitable for type A or B non-combustible wall construction.

The insulation is mechanically fixed with minimal thermal bridging, to form a continuous external insulation layer. As the CLT is not classified as fire protected timber this solution is not suitable for type A or B non-combustible wall construction.

The insulation is mechanically fixed with minimal thermal bridging, to form a continuous external insulation layer. As the VulcanWool insulation is deemed non-combustible per AS1530.1, this solution is recommended for type A or B non-combustible wall construction.

   DCT-W42-2 EXTERNALLY INSULATED CLT WITH BRICK VENEER (NOT FIRE PROTECTED)

   Mass timber CLT made water and air tight by the self-adhered vapour permeable ProctorPassive Wraptite SA, externally insulated with a non-combustible DCT VulcanWool stonewool insulation, protected by a brick veneer cladding. The insulation is mechanically fixed with minimal thermal bridging, to form a continuous external insulation layer. As the CLT is not classified as fire protected timber this solution is not suitable for type A or B non-combustible wall construction.
