Commercial metal roof externally insulated with a vapour barrier faced mineral fibre insulation blanket supported by a safety mesh. The full thickness of the insulation is maintained using structural spacers at each purlin. The ProctorPassive DB-FR installed below the roof sheet, and above the vapour permeable ProctorWrap HTS sarking, provides for drainage and ventilation.

ProctorPassive Intumescent Drainage Batten (DB-FR) is a high compressive strength drainage batten for roof and wall applications and is constructed from an intumescent polyolefin extrusion.

ProctorWrap High Tensile-Roof (HT-S) is a medium weight highly durable medium duty vapour permeable roof underlay for use in tiled, slate and metal roof applications. ProctorWrap HTS-IT is supplied with double integrated tape.
