ProctorPassive Connect is a robust, flexible and weldable jointing membrane designed for long term exposure during construction to enable simple and continuous airtight and weathertight sealing between external vapour permeable membranes and/or internal vapour control layers.

Applications

Use ProctorPassive Connect to create a continuous air and weather-tight seal over the top plate of an external stud wall, by joining to the external wall wrap, and at a later date, to the air control membrane/ rigid insulation at the ceiling.

Can also be used on the internal face of a stud wall, located where an internal wall will connect, leaving an overlap of material for sealing to an internal air control layer, at a later date.
