Construction systems where a foundation slab is laid without a basement either directly on the ground or on insulation directly in contact with the ground.

Suspended steel frame floor insulated by a rigid PIR insulation board installed continuously above structural flooring.
Suspended timber joist floor insulated by a rigid PIR insulation board installed continuously above structural flooring.
Two layers of a highly moisture resistant, high compressive strength DCT XPS insulation are laid in a staggered pattern. For moisture management, a ProctorGeo vapour barrier is placed over the insulation prior to pouring the reinforced cold store floor slab.
Our systems include a wide range of internally and externally insulated on ground and suspended concrete, timber, steel and CLT floors.
Typical car park ceiling insulation where an embossed white foil faced thermoset rigid PIR insulation is mechanically fixed directly to the underside of the suspended concrete flooring slab and remains exposed as the ceiling lining facing the ventilated carpark.
