    DCT-R05-1 FLAT CONCRETE IRMA ROOF WITH DC8 PLUS
    Inverted Roof Membrane Assembly (IRMA) concrete roof, insulated externally with a moisture resistant high compressive strength XPS insulation that serves to protect the membrane from UV exposure and maintains the roof slab at a stable temperature. The insulation is weighted down by a stone ballast loaded above a drainage layer with integrate geotextile to manage drain rainwater above the insulation layer.
  2. DCT-R05-2 FLAT CONCRETE IRMA ROOF (DC8 PLUS) WITH PROTECTION LAYER (DC8)
    Inverted Roof Membrane Assembly (IRMA) concrete roof, insulated externally with a moisture resistant high compressive strength XPS insulation that serves to protect the membrane from UV exposure and maintains the roof slab at a stable indoor temperature. The insulation is weighted down by a stone ballast loaded above a drainage layer with integrated geotextile to manage rainwater above the insulation layer. Primary drainage is above the insulation layer, but this system can include a protection and backup drainage layer under the insulation if required.

    Inverted Roof Membrane Assembly (IRMA) concrete roof, insulated externally with a moisture resistant high compressive strength DCT GA300 XPS insulation that serves to protect the membrane from UV exposure and maintains the roof slab at a stable indoor temperature. The insulation is weighted down by a stone ballast loaded above a water resistant ProctorGeo IRMA geotextile to manage rainwater above the insulation layer.

    Inverted Roof Membrane Assembly (IRMA) concrete roof with pavers on pedestals, insulated externally with a moisture resistant high compressive strength DCT GA300 XPS insulation that serves to protect the membrane from exposure and maintains the roof slab at a stable indoor temperature. A water resistant ProctorGeo IRMA geotextile installed above the insulation manages rainwater to minimise rainwater cooling below the insulation.
  5. DCT-R06-1 FLAT CONCRETE ROOF INSULATED BELOW SLAB WITH SUSPENDED CEILING
    A concrete roof, usually with a suspended ceiling, internally insulated with a foil faced rigid thermoset PIR insulation. The PIR insulation is mechanically fixed directly to the underside of the slab and must be taped and sealed to form a continuous air and vapour barrier preventing internal moisture vapour from condensing on the underside of slabs at below dew point temperature. This solution is often used a compromise where external insulation is not an available option such to the underside of balconies where the insulation should also extend a further minimum 600mm inside the perimeter of the condition space above the slab.
  6. DCT-R10-1 INTERNALLY INSULATED VENTILATED TIMBER DECK COLD ROOF WITH AIR TIGHT CEILING (PIR)
    A "cold roof" design protected by an exposed waterproof membrane, continuously ventilated from ridge to eaves below the roof structural sheathing board and insulated between and/or below the joists/rafters by a rigid thermoset DCT PIR insulation board, forming a continuous air and vapour control layer at the ceiling.
  7. DCT-R10-2 EXTERNALLY INSULATED TIMBER DECK WARM ROOF (PIR)
    A "warm roof" design protected by an exposed waterproof membrane, continuously insulated by a rigid PIR insulation installed above the roof structural sheathing board.
  8. DCT-R10-3 INTERNALLY INSULATED VENTILATED TIMBER DECK COLD ROOF WITH AIR TIGHT CEILING (SMARTVAP)
    A "cold roof" design protected by an exposed waterproof membrane, continuously ventilated from ridge to eaves below the roof structural sheathing board, insulated between the joists/rafters, with a ProctorPassive SmartVap intelligent air barrier membrane at the ceiling forming a continuous air and vapour control layer.
  9. DCT-R41-4 FLAT CLT ROOF EXTERNALLY INSULATED WITH A PITCHED METAL ROOF OVER COUNTER BATTENS
    Flat CLT roof protected by a self-adhered vapour permeable Wraptite SA sarking, insulated externally with a non combustible Vulcanwool stonefibre insulation that maintains the CLT roof at a stable temperature. The roof system is clad with a pitched metal roof supported by a substructure with a vapour permeable ProctorWrap HTS sarking draped under roofing battens provides drainage of any moisture below the roof sheet.
  10. DCT-R41-5 FLAT CLT ROOF EXTERNALLY INSULATED WITH A PITCHED METAL ROOF OVER DRAINAGE BATTENS
    Flat CLT roof protected by a self-adhered vapour permeable Wraptite SA sarking, insulated externally with a non combustible Vulcanwool stonefibre insulation that maintains the CLT roof at a stable temperature. The roof system is clad with a pitched metal roof supported by a substructure with a vapour permeable ProctorWrap HTS sarking draped under roofing battens provides drainage of any moisture below the roof sheet.
  11. DCT-R43-1 FLAT CLT IRMA ROOF WITH DC8 PLUS
    Inverted Roof Membrane Assembly (IRMA) CLT roof, insulated externally with a moisture resistant high compressive strength XPS insulation that serves to protect the membrane from UV exposure and maintains the CLT roof at a stable temperature. The insulation is weighted down by a stone ballast loaded above a drainage layer with integrated geotextile to manage rainwater above the insulation layer. Required fall in roof can be provided either by the CLT or a cut to fall XPS insulation.
